Stella

The Bernedoodle dog is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle.  Our Stella is a 1st generation Bernedoodle. She weighs 55 pounds and is a big teddy bear. She is bred with a pure-bred Poodle, resulting in F1b Bernedoodles. This means that her puppies will be 75% Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog.

Bernedoodles are known for their friendly and affectionate nature, making them excellent companions for families and individuals alike. With their gentle disposition, Bernedoodles often get along well with children and other pets. One of the standout characteristics of Bernedoodles is their intelligence. They are quick learners and eager to please, which makes training relatively easy. Bernedoodles are adored for their affectionate demeanor, intelligence, and striking looks, rendering them a favored option for families in search of a devoted and loving companion.

Bernedoodles require regular exercise to stay healthy and happy. They enjoy activities such as walks, hikes, and playtime in the yard. However, they are adaptable and can thrive in various living situations, from spacious homes with large yards to urban apartments, as long as their exercise needs are met.

Our Bernedoodles typically grow to a small to medium size. While this can vary between litters, we expect Stella's puppies to weigh between 30-55 pounds.  We strive to provide an accurate representation of adult size based on both parents, but we cannot guarantee it.

 Their coat is often a striking combination of patterns with curly or wavy texture. This coat type is low-shedding and hypoallergenic, making Bernedoodles a suitable choice for individuals with allergies. Bernedoodles  require regular brushing and grooming. Please consider the time and cost involved when considering any Doodle breed.
